During a relationship now spanning around 20 years, I have called upon Mike’s and Dan’s wise counsel at a number of critical junctures in my career. Their concern to make sure that you make the right career decisions is quite unusual in my experience, and it’s no surprise that they take the same degree of care when recruiting someone for you. We instructed MDM to search for an Associate Director for our Manchester team. MDM followed the brief with great care and dedication, and demonstrated an expert knowledge of the North West Corporate Finance market. The recruitment process was extremely efficient, with a strong short list which enabled us to fill this key position quickly.
