Database Search

We maintain an extensive database of accountants either residing or looking for jobs in the North West. These candidates may have responded to our regular advertising in the professional journals and specialist finance websites; they may have been referred to us on recommendations from their own contacts and colleagues; or they may have registered with us after meeting us at gatherings of various professional organisations which we regularly attend.

Through whichever route the potential candidate has reached us we will have interviewed them to establish their skills, their experience and personal characteristics and their aspirations. We provide our personal opinion of potential candidates and by being bluntly honest we save time and resource for both clients and candidates. If we don't have a suitable candidate for an assignment we will not put anybody forward. It seems obvious but surprisingly few recruitment businesses follow this principle.

Advertised Selection

Through ouradvertised selection service, we advise on the most suitable advertising medium, book space, draft and design the advert, and manage the entire process right through to the commencement of the successful candidate. We keep your time to a minimum and provide you with a concise, well-matched shortlist with our assessment of each candidate shortlisted.
